Create a love-fueled, Christ-centered, safe place for kids to grow and learn

Looking for a great investment to make? How about investing into the generation of today and tomorrow by sharing the love of Christ to all children.

Join us in providing a safe, fun, and engaging environment for our kids from newborn to 5th grade. Our teams consist of 2 groups that typically serve twice a month: classroom and operational support (outside of classroom).

If you value the importance of training up a child in the way he/she should go (Proverbs 22:6) and would love to serve a diverse group of children, then this opportunity is perfect for you! After all, whoever welcomes one such child in Jesus' name, welcomes Jesus himself (Matthew 18:5).

Opportunities

Help us unite kids to God and kids to kids. Serve, mentor, and lead children from Nursery (crawling–3 years old) through 5th grade as we help shape the future leaders of our faith community through the opportunities below.

Campuses Held: Montclair Campus (MC) Rockaway Campus (RC) Lodi Campus (LC)
  • Head Teacher: Leads the classroom experience, fosters a safe and engaging environment, and helps cultivate a Christ-centered atmosphere. (Biblical Assessment required.)
  • Assistant Leader: Supports teaching, activities, small groups, classroom setup, and child engagement.
  • Teen Helper (Ages 14 to 17): Supports the classroom leader in creating a safe, engaging, and Christ-centered environment for children.
  • Explorers’ Park Leader: Provides support for children with special needs and assists classrooms as needed.
  • Quest Kids Host: Welcomes families, supports check-in, and assists with administrative and classroom needs.
  • Quest Kids Large Production: Supports the monthly large-group Quest Kids service on the fourth Sunday of each month. (RC) (MC)
  • Family Squad: Creates opportunities for parents and preteens (ages 11–13) to serve together in Quest Kids.
